Fully Managed Service

We try to keep the costs as ‘all inclusive’ as possible, so for our fully managed service there is a one-off fee of £340 and thereafter a monthly fee of 8% of the rental income. This service includes:  

​

• Taking photos and advertising your property 

• Meeting and checking tenants into the property 

• Scheduling and carrying out viewings  

• Arranging safety inspections and sending out certificates 

• Referencing 

• 6 monthly property inspections 

• Right to Rent Checks 

• Negotiating rent increases 

• Drafting a Tenancy Agreement 

• Monthly rental collection 

• Compliance advice  

• Chasing rent arrears 

• Registering deposits with the Deposit Protection Scheme 

• Arranging maintenance

Inventory and checkout are an additional charge, price would be subject to quotation based on the size of the property. Other additional costs are as detailed below:

Tenant Find Only Service   

​

This comes at a one-off fee of £410 to include: 

• Taking photos and advertising your property  

• Registering deposits with the Deposit Protection Scheme 

• Scheduling and carrying out viewings 

• Drafting and sending out a Tenancy Agreement  

• Referencing 

• Compliance advice  

• Right to Rent Checks 

• Checking tenants into the property
